The offer can be availed subject to availability of rooms / F&B Facility subject to prior approval.

Additional / Extra bed charges will be as per the hotel policy.

The reservation is to be done online, and the employee will receive a confirmation voucher if rooms are available, or a regret note if no rooms are available.

All room bookings are subject to availability and No hotel should block rooms in advance under this scheme unless it is approved by Unit Head.

Discount for Room and F&B for accompanying children shall be governed by the hotel specific terms & conditions at the time of reservation.

The benefit of ‘’Associates, Friends and Family Rate’’ is a privilege and not a right of an employee. Management reserves the right to review and amend the policies without prior notice.

Employees and their accompanying friends or family members are expected to maintain appropriate conduct and professionalism while utilizing these benefits. Any falsification of required credentials or inappropriate behavior during the stay may result in withdrawal of the benefits and/or disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment without prior notice.

To ensure no employee is unreasonably denied access to employee benefits under this policy, he/she is entitled to make a complaint stating full facts to the Manager ES for seeking resolution, within a period of 3 days of occurrence and the complaint is required to be redressed within 3 working days thereof failing which the employee may approach the Unit General Manager / Vertical Head / GM ES as appropriate, for resolution.

Greenpark/Avasa employee ID card is mandatory when availing these discounts.
